Problem on the Order page (shipping Code displaying)

Whenever you complete selecting product information like color and size and select country, instead of displaying the shipping cost, the entire shipping code will appear as dropdown. Below the dropdown, you will then see the shipping cost. Initially, when you select the product information, it will still ask you to select product so as to see shipping cost.

Sometimes when you log in to the site, you will see the shipping code dropdown before the header
