Shopify to Woocommerce stopped working

We have a woocommerce website that is set to sync with shopify, when an order is made on shopify, an order is imported on woocommerce. However, the last imported order is from May 7th 2025, while on Shopify there are orders from today (12th). When I manually select to import orders nothing happens, no error is thrown and no order is imported either.
