Subre – free trial – woocommerce checkout does not ask for stripe details

Hello, I am trying to create a subscription with a free trial period. When i do this, the checkout does not take credit card details so there is no way to automatically bill the client at the end of the free period.

Can you please provide me with a solution to enable woocommerce to take a pre-auth for credit card details? (for woocommerce stripe gateway v9.5.1)
