BOPO Bundle Builder plugin is not working in my website , total price stays 0

I purchased BOPO bundle plugin yesterday but unfortunately i have found an error when a user select all the bundle items the price is not shown for each selected item and also the total price is also not shown , please attend to this matter.

The issue for the each bundle item and for the total bundle price have been highlighted in the attached image.
