release licenses

I was told to reach out via a support ticket to release the licenses on my account for the 4 items I have with you folks:

Email template customzier
photo reviews
bopo product bundle
lucky wheel spin

I want to attach them to new sites as the ones they are attached to on my account are no longer active / managed.
