reviews not showing after plugin update

Hi, I purchased this plugin 5 years ago and imported reviews. I recently 5 months ago repurchased the plugin so I would have the most up to date version before importing more reviews. I am running version 1.4.4 along with the flatsome theme. My old reviews are showing perfectly.
