Payment not working on checkout

I set up the plugin exactly as it says I should but when I tested it the payment tab does not work. It shows up blank with no way you see or enter any payment info. Can you please help me fix this? That is the primary reason I purchased this plugin. I had to remove it temporarily until you can get it to work.
