Unable to Import – Import List “Import Now” Button Shows “Error”

I’m encountering an issue when trying to import a product through the Import List section. After selecting my file and clicking the “Import Now” button, it simply displays “error” without importing anything.

Could you please look into this issue and guide me on how to resolve it?
