Preorder Count down and Stock count not showing

Hi we have decided to use one of your templates to build the show on another domain of our 5 licences we have with you , but we are running again into issues . We have followed your video for Preorder Items to the letter , but on the product page it shows the Product availability as OUT OF STOCK , that should not be … further the countdown is not showing at all .

The account dashbboard as well is only showing My Account , but none of the links like Orders , etc that should come below that .

It is a vanilla install on a new WP domain, with your Template , this should work out of the box , and i have as well questions your last reply for the other site we have , while you have fixed things , It makes no sense when i look at the templates active where this data is coming from , but I will address this when i work again on the other side . At the moment I am not really impressed , as it has been more hassle to build the shop than anything else . Can you please verify and explain what is going on with the above issues .  look the product page you will see what i am talking about
