I’m trying to get help on an issue with the Cart All In One plugin that I bought several years ago. My support had expired, so I bought another 6 months from Envato. When I log into my account on VillaTheme to open a ticket, I am logged in using my Envato credentials, but my VillaTheme account is still showing my support as expired. It hasn’t updated to show the new support I just bought.
This means I can’t open a ticket to get help on the Cart All In One issue I bought the support for.
I have used the “Verify” button on my VillaTheme account, and it did not work. I do have screenshots, but since they have personal account and purchase information, I don’t want to submit those until I know they won’t be visible publicly.
I am not including site access information here either, since this problem isn’t connected to my website, but to my VillaTheme account not updating to show that I have purchased support.
Please help.
