Hi – utter lack of support – need help with W2S plugin!

Hi – i’m someone who is trying to use the free version of the W2S plugin to migrate a store to shopfiy (i have done this successfully before) – however there is a ‘currency’ issue now that i’m trying to resolve and try as i might, i cannot get ‘verified’s to view entries into the forum with similar topic to see what the possible solution can be. Can anybody PLEASE help me – this support forum is more frustrating that it’s helpful at this time.
