    Good afternoon
    We purchased your tracking plugin to connect with the 17Track API and received the following information from them:

    This is because there is a problem with the plugin page that does not integrate with 17track. Some carriers request more data than just the tracking number. For example, Ontime Spain requests the tracking number and the first four digits, which is why it does not appear.

    After carefully reviewing your :situation, I recommend against using the Villatheme WooCommerce plugin. Since 17TRACK no longer maintains the WooCommerce plugin, you won’t get a good user experience. I suggest using the 17TRACK API instead. Also, refer to the list of carriers requiring additional parameters
