Shipping Cost Not Added to Order Total

I am facing an issue on my store with the Martfury theme. When customers add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout, the shipping cost is displayed but it is not being added to the final order total.

For example:

Product Price: $ 24.26 (incl. tax)

Shipping Cost: $ 42.84

Order Total shown: $ 24.26 (shipping is missing from the total)

I have already checked my WooCommerce shipping and tax settings, and they are configured correctly. The problem only appears in the way the final total is calculated/displayed.
