Default shipping option

Hi,
I am having troubles setting the default shipping option to Aliexpress standard shipping.

When products are added to basket, they appear with multiple different shipping options, and I would like to force the standard shipping option for all items. How can I do this?

On the Products tab:
Carrier company: Aliexpress standard shipping
Default shipping company: I cannot choose an option here? Dropdown shows no options
Remove ship-from option: active = Yes
Default ship-from company: China

On the front-end shipping tab:
Customers are allowed to select shipping option
Show shipping options on single product: No
