unwanted review reminders sent by mail

Friday ago, the site/plugin Photo Reviews sent unwanted review reminders to customers of us. 132 mails approximately. There were several customers complaining about the mails. The reviews were of orders from April 2024 (more than 1 year ago)…

Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning the same. Again 132 mails approximately. Monday ago I’ve updated the plugin. But it didn’t help. So we stopped sending review reminders completely.

What happened? And what’s the solution?
