Shipping cost issue

The shipping cost is not changing correctly, unlike the product prices in the store. The original price is CLP, and at checkout, the shipping cost of CLP 5,000 changes to EUR 5,000, for example. Only the currency changes, but there is no change in the amount.
There is no other plugin associated with shipping; it is just a rate that I added with the default fields provided by WooCommerce.
I urgently request assistance as I am losing many sales.
