Currency for paypal

Hello, we want a solution for when a client pays through a payment method example paypal, we want the currency that gets debited from the client example to be euro, but the one we receive in paypal is gbp or usd, this will allow us to use our exchange rate and not banks exchange rate, since example our paypal only receive usd and some client uses gbp or euro to pay this is taking too much fees in paypal or anyother payment provider how can this be done please, also is there a way to show this exchange rate o ncheckout page ?
