Does Cart All In One override my Cart, Checkout, and Account pages?

I am using Cart All In One Sidebar Cart and the Add to Cart button. At some point since updating the plug-in, my Cart, Checkout, and Account pages are no longer working. Those pages are not editable or previewable in my site builder, Cornerstone, and they are not displaying the content on the front end either.

Instead, some kind of default page is being shown instead with a template I haven’t set up or assigned anywhere.

I have tried disabling the plug-in (and a few others, just to check) and that didn’t make a difference. I did notice that disabling Cart All In One did mess up my category archives, so it made me wonder if the plug-in is overriding the Cart, Checkout, and Account pages as well.

Does the plug-in affect those pages at all and if so, how can I get those pages working again?
