Order is placed but items number does not match

When trying to bulk order I’m getting 2 errors for the same order

even when i click “Auto order” it shows the same error message

when i click on order with extention it directs me to aliexpress’s home page and not the product page

i tired generating a new key and i have re-authincated the Aliexpress API, however the same error keeps coming

please help
