Fixed Pricing Multi Currency not working with product sale prices

Hi – I have 3 currencies and all products use fixed pricing from your plugin. When I apply 40% discount the discount is successfully applied to the site default currency (USD) but the other Currencies (Euro + GBP) do not get the 40% applied. They seem to use a converted currency pricing. I need help as I am trying to apply a site wide 40% sale and some products are showing up as 37%, 38%, 30% when users view in Euro or GBP.
