Sync issue – Half my products set to draft

I am seeing an issue with my syncing after I changed my store to a multistore and changed the domain. As seen in the images, over half my products are set to draft. If i go into imported and find one of them and press “Sync API” or “sync” it will fix it and set it to publish. I thought that the “sync products” or over night API sync would fix it but it doesn’t. The only way is to click sync individually for some reason.

I can’t see a way to just run the bulk API sync so i let it run over night last night and it didn’t fix any.
