ALD pricing

I HAVE a serious issue with pricing because of this i can’t even start trading with my site..everytime i set prices they always change to higher price range.. i have tried different methods inc, fixed amounts now back to percentage.. can you please look at my set up and tell me what is wrong,,
I can’t find youtube videos to describe this properly apart from your video..
Also I had this working properly on my last site which is closed now,, but i don’t understand why is failing..

If not ,, can you set up this system for me.. please I have tried for over 6 months without good results..
