several problems with the plugin

Hello,

I noticed several problems today:

1. Overwriting an offer does not work. As soon as I select a new item number at Temu to overwrite the old offer and save it, the same window reappears after synchronization without anything having changed.

2. Automatic synchronization does not seem to be working because sold-out items at TEMU are still listed as available in the shop.
