WooCommerce Photo Review Form not display

Support Request – WooCommerce Photo Reviews Issues

Hello VillaTheme Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding two of your paid plugins – WooCommerce Photo Reviews and WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery. I have purchased valid licenses for both products from CodeCanyon (total value $90) and followed all steps in your documentation and YouTube tutorials exactly as instructed. However, the plugins are not functioning as expected on my website.

WooCommerce Photo Reviews – Critical Issues
– The review form does not appear on the designated review page:

– In the customer account section (Account > Orders), the “Rate” column appears, but no rate/review button is displayed.
– The only thing that works is the shortcode to display existing reviews on this page:
https://levelupway.com/customer-reviews/

Even there, the primary review form does not appear, despite being logged in.
– I am using the Flatsome theme, and there are no theme conflicts detected. The plugin settings simply do not apply on the front-end in any way.

– I have spent 7 full days checking all settings and reconfirming the setup, with no visible results on the front-end or in the campaign logs.
