I’ve installed your company’s WooCommerce Orders Tracking Premium and Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce. I’m encountering an issue where too many emails are being sent to customers when using Dianxiaomi ERP to send notifications. Dianxiaomi ERP sends an Orders Note, and Orders Tracking sends another email with the tracking number and logistics operator. I’ve tried disabling Customer Note notifications in WooCommerce Email Settings, but this causes the Orders Tracking email sending function to malfunction. How can I resolve this issue?
