tracking information not adding to email

We have been using the Email Template Customizer plugin for over a year at this point. When we first installed it, we had issues with the tracking information not pulling in (using the shortcode) on the Order Completed email. You fixed whatever that issue was at that time.

In the past few weeks the issue has returned, first intermittently (the info would add about half the time), and now on all emails (none of them have tracking information included). Can you take a look?
