Retrieving the tracking information is taking longer than before.

Dear Support team,
I’ve noticed that customers now have to wait longer than before to check their package tracking information. After entering a tracking number, they often need to wait around 20 seconds before the details appear. I’m not sure whether this delay is caused by the plugin’s caching mechanism or an issue on our server.
Any advice would be appreciated!
