Non riesco a mostrare popup com prodotti consigliati nel carrello.

Good morning everyone, and thank you in advance for your assistance. I am unable to set up the plugin correctly.

My goal is:
When I enter the shopping cart page: if product ‘X’ is present, a pop-up automatically appears recommending related products ‘A, B, C, etc…’

Optional goal:
If possible, I would like a random product from among those selected to be shown in the pop-up. If this is not possible, the current setting with all products in the slider is fine.

The problems I am encountering
– I cannot see this pop-up in the shopping cart, but only on the product page if I enable the Ajax button.
– The pop-up contains items in English, while the site is in Italian, translated into English via WPML. I am attaching a screenshot.
