Sidecar does not update the list of cities

I’m having a problem with the shopping cart on my website. When I try to complete a purchase from the cart, I can’t. The issue is that when I enter the billing or shipping information and select the state, the city list is empty, preventing me from proceeding and finalizing the purchase. I need an urgent solution!
