We have identified a critical issue with the plugin during order imports from Shopify to WooCommerce.
Some imported orders do not contain all the items from the original Shopify orders. For example, order #13032 contains 15 items in Shopify, but after import, the corresponding order in WooCommerce only includes 10 items. As a result, the order subtotal in WooCommerce is incorrect (please see the attached screenshot).
This is not an isolated case. We have observed that any order containing more than 10 items in Shopify is imported with only 10 items in WooCommerce, with the remaining items missing.
This issue may cause serious confusion for our customers and inaccuracies in order records. Given its impact, we would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in identifying and resolving this issue as soon as possible.
