Starting the cash register hangs and requires a page reload

    We have purchased WebPOS on Codecanyon and are evaluating the plugin to replace an existing one.
    When we open the checkout, the page hangs after a while. Nothing happens anymore. I have to reload the page to be able to continue working.
    I can imagine that this is due to the number of products (3,515), customers (10,908), categories (139) and vouchers (3,398).
    How can we find the cause and make the startup error-free?
