cannot update plugin

Hi, I bought the plugin on envato and here is my auto update key that I filled in the plugin in WP. I want to update the plugin but it always shows “Key is being verified. You can check Auto Update Key at https://villatheme.com/my-download” since a week. Please help me resolve.
