Renewed 6months of support, but can’t create a support ticket on VillaTheme.com

CUrCY plugin’s price formatting rules are not working on my site, so I renewed the support.
Purchase invoice attached.
I also add my license of the purchased plugin.
Then going back to VillaTheme.com, I find out that the renewed support is not synced between Envato and VillaTheme. So I can’t create a support ticket to get the plugin running.

This has been taking me now 2 days, just to get a support ticket submitted.
I’ve emailed support@villatheme.com several times.

I am not happy.
Please give me access to create a support ticket on VillaTheme.com,
so we can get the plugin running…
Otherwise I might have to find a different plugin for the job and ask for a refund of the 6months support….
