cd010ParticipantHello everyone,
I’m relatively new to WordPress and WooCommerce, so please excuse me if I’m missing something obvious.
I recently purchased the Porto theme, which includes a built-in currency switcher placeholder in the header. Based on that, I decided to buy and install the CURCY (WooCommerce Multi Currency) plugin. For me, this was a fairly big investment, especially as someone still learning WordPress.
Unfortunately, I’m running into the following issue:
The Porto theme currency switcher does not work
Instead, a second currency switcher appears on the right side of the screen
The original Porto switcher in the header is not replaced or connected
This makes the setup practically useless and not functional, because:
The design is broken
The switcher is not integrated like other currency switchers in the Porto theme
Visitors now see two different currency switcher locations
My expectation was that the CURCY plugin would replace or integrate with the existing Porto currency switcher, as many other switchers do.
My questions are:
Is it possible to connect CURCY to the Porto theme currency switcher?
Can the CURCY switcher be placed exactly where the Porto switcher is located?
Is there any documentation or known solution for this?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I’m still a beginner, but I’m genuinely trying to set things up correctly.
Thank you very much in advance.
