How to link from avg review + review count to open review tab?

Hi! My question is about the product page.
I have the average review + review count (e.g. 5 stars (14)) as a shortcode on my product page.
Based on literally every webshop I know, I’d expect this to be clickable and to open the review tab on click. However, this doesn’t happen. How do I make this happen?

To be clear: I do *not* want the review tab to be the default / first tab. I just want it to open on click.
