Cross Sell And Upsell Sync Buttons

Hello,

My client already has his cross-sells and upsells linked to Woocommerce products found here: https://i.imgur.com/zf8WxmV.jpeg

For Upsells, what do these two options do? What are the differences between the two?

I am confused.

If I want to sync or have your upsells plugin copy all the existing woocommerce upsells, which option do I choose?

For cross sells, if I want to accomplish the same goals as upsells, I just want to make sure this option (sync cross sells) will do that for me without any issues.
