Customer details access and Shopify plan requirements

Hi!
I noticed in your documentation that to access customer details (PII), I need to upgrade from the Basic plan to a higher tier. The documentation states: “To properly import customer details, your Shopify plan must be Shopify or higher, otherwise you won’t have access to Custom Level 2 PII apps.” However, Shopify no longer offers a plan called “Shopify” – they’ve restructured their pricing. Do you mean the “Grow” plan, or which specific plan tier is required for PII access with custom apps?

Second question: If I stay on the Basic plan and only import orders (I don’t need to import the customer database), what will happen? Will orders import successfully but without any customer info? Or will orders import successfully but with partial customer data (maybe some fields visible, others blocked)? Or will the import fail with an error due to missing PII access?
