“Switch when user login” showing currency by IP instead of Billing/Shipping

Hello there,

We are facing an issue with the “Switch when user login” feature. It is supposed to switch the currency based on the user’s Billing (or Shipping) country, but it is displaying currency based on IP address instead.

We upgraded to the paid version specifically for this feature. It was working at the beginning, but now we’re getting complaints from customers.

Some customers may connect using different IP addresses (VPN, mobile networks, etc.), but they should always see pricing based on their Billing/Shipping country after login.

Could you please advise what might be causing this and how we can ensure the currency switches by Billing/Shipping country (not IP) when the user logs in?
