Active support in Envato, but VillaTheme is showing otherwise

Envato says I have 6 months of support left but villa theme is showing it is expired.

I have paid for the extra support for my CURCY plugin via ThemeForest. It is saying that I  need to log into envato… but when I do it shows that i have no licenses, even though I have an active license in themeforest. For some reason it will not let me update the support for my CURCY plugin within my wordpress site. I have manually downloaded the updated version of the plugin and reinstalled it, but the banner for support won’t go away or let me request support via my wordpress admin.
