I am writing to request assistance with the activation of my plugin: ALD – AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce.Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce.

I am using the Auto Update Key associated with this purchase in my account (globalrightsolutions). Although the license is valid and not currently active on any other site, I am unable to complete the activation process.

Every time I enter the key in the ‘Update’ tab and click on ‘Save Settings’, the status remains stuck as ‘Key is being verified’ and never changes to active. I have tried saving multiple times and cleared my site cache, but the issue persists.

Could you please check my account and manually authorize my domain in your system?
