I would like to report an issue with the cart redirect links included in our emails.
Below are the test results:
http://www.gemsonyx.comMobile (DE version tested):
The first email correctly redirects to the cart, but in the English version.
The second email redirects to the English homepage instead of the cart:
https://gemsonyx.com/?wacv_recover=cart_link&valid=mQITAj4_tWntq54huQPf_luk8gLIf2-N8PfETXcMR3RQWBpV8J_p5dhx-76HFfFv4Heq8g%2C%2CDesktop (EN version tested):
The first email redirects to the homepage instead of the cart:
https://gemsonyx.com/?wacv_recover=cart_link&valid=5ABZutzUsmmlK0PltYf8XXhUSQT8gTWnIqn-EZXRrGeJF0HcnhcAqNWn6w%2C%2CThe second email also redirects to the homepage instead of the cart:
https://gemsonyx.com/?wacv_recover=cart_link&valid=ewJZ6tx3tWlGbWheNlA3u_2xCUAPCB1u5NkIpZq66YFcy8o772S3GFxPg69ln5_BtYFjRQ%2C%2CIt seems that the links are not consistently directing users to the correct cart page and, in some cases, are switching language versions unexpectedly.
Could you please investigate this issue?
