Banner coming when not rele

I have issue whith a banner showing up,
when not relevant.
I have the currency switcher linked to the language selector, but stillz there comes a banner when arriving to the site, and the banner sais it has changed currency already (it had not) and the banner is in the language that does not match the visitor location. This is terrible.
