I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund

My subscription stopped working, all I get when trying to import products is: Cannot retrieve data.Service unavailable. Please try again later.
I thought My subscription had expired and then I bought a new license, after finding out that I still have time left in my current subscription, I am now requesting a cancelation and refund as soon as possible.
