Hello, I just extended my support license via Codecanyon, but I cannot update the license via our website.
The license is correct but it is still saying:
” Your key is not found. Please contact support@villatheme.com
Website is grafico.com.au
We are so sorry. Your key was expired in May 24th 2026 and You can not use Auto Update feature. Please renew or update this plugin manually at https://codecanyon.net/downloads
Please fill your key what you get from https://villatheme.com/my-download. You can auto update WooCommerce Product Variations Swatches plugin. See guide”
Please kindly advise how I can update the license thank you.
