Abandoned Cart – Emails are not being sent

I have purchased WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery Premium plugin.
How ever due to some reason, emails are not being sent to the customer. I have check everything. I have also checked SMTP config.

And when emails do get sent, all of the emails are sent together, and they are not sent as per the time which is set.
