“Cannot retrieve data. Service unavailable. Please try again later.”

I am contacting you because I am currently unable to import products from AliExpress using your extension, **AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce**.

Every time I try to import a product, or even when I open a product directly through the extension, I get the following error message:

**“Cannot retrieve data. Service unavailable. Please try again later.”**

I have already checked everything on my side. My store is correctly connected through the WooCommerce REST API, and the connection appears to be active. I also tried deleting the plugin and the extension, reinstalling everything, reconnecting the store, and creating new API credentials, but the issue is still exactly the same.

The plugin was working perfectly about five days ago. I purchased it around five days ago, and now it has completely stopped working.

This is becoming a real problem for my business because I cannot import any products anymore. I need your help urgently to identify the issue and provide a working solution.

Could you please check if there is a problem with the extension, the AliExpress connection, or your service/API? Please let me know exactly what I need to do to fix this.
