URGENT – Auto Update Key

I seem to have this problem each year. The auto update key has stopped working again.
I have tried pasting the ley *** into the field directly and saving but it seems to be stuck on the following message: Key is being verified. You can check Auto Update Key at https://villatheme.com/my-download

I have tried to remove the key and select ‘Get Key’ but this just returns ‘Your key is not found. Please contact support@villatheme.com’

Please can we resolve this urgently.
