add latest shipment status on email Order tracking updated

hope next plugin update will add this feature that show the latest shipment status from webhook and add in the email notice sent instead sending the same email Order tracking updated ..

Send email to customers if Shipment status changes to one of these values. View Email settings.
*Note: Statuses you select here must be selected in your Webhook settings
