REST API Issue Still Not Resolved – Temporary Admin Access Provided

I am following up on my previous support request regarding the REST API issue with the ALD plugin.

The problem is still present and I have already completed all the troubleshooting steps that were previously suggested. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved and is preventing me from using the plugin correctly.

To make the investigation easier, I have created a temporary administrator account for your support team.

This account has full administrator privileges and will remain available only until the issue has been resolved. After that, it will be removed for security reasons.

Please let me know what is causing the REST API error and how it can be fixed. If you need any additional information, I will be happy to provide it.
