Questions About Product Workflow and Refund Policy

I recently purchased WooCommerce Product Builder Premium because I am building a custom PC configurator for my business.

After installing and testing the plugin, I have a few questions to better understand how it is intended to work.

1. The demo and video show a fully populated PC builder with CPUs, GPUs, RAM, SSDs, cases, etc. I expected these products or a sample database to be included. Is every component shown in the demo manually created as a WooCommerce product, or is there an import/demo package that I may have missed?

2. My goal is to create a guided PC buying experience rather than simply allowing customers to pick individual products. For example:
– Show descriptions explaining AMD vs. Intel.
– Offer an option such as “Let DkBuildsPC choose for me.”
– Allow customers to request a different PC case by submitting a link.
– Display educational content between steps.

Is this type of workflow possible with your plugin, or is it designed only for selecting WooCommerce products?

3. Does the plugin support importing and automatically updating WooCommerce products from Amazon or other retailers through third-party integrations?

Finally, if the plugin is not suitable for my project after understanding its intended workflow, could you please let me know your refund policy?
